Lee Ferron was born and raised in the Chicago area and has been practicing

Lee.  Finally, Ms. Ferron spent a number of years working for the City of Chicago, Department of Law, where she provided counseling on employment and labor issues and defended the City against discrimination claims.

Ms. Ferron has been a long-time member of the Chicago Bar Association, serving as the co-chair of two separate committees.

Ms. Ferron has worked as an instructor for the Keller Graduate School of Management's on-line Masters degree program.  She also continues to serve the public by serving as an arbitrator for Cook County's mandatory arbitration program and as an Administrative Law Officer for the City of Chicago.
